Primitivo is a red berried grape that we can find in various regions of southern Italy such as Abruzzo, Basilicata, Campania and even Sardinia, but the territory in which it gives its most excellent results is certainly the heel of the Italian boot, Puglia, a land of great agricultural tradition, considered "the granary of Italy" for the boundless crops of high quality grain and wheat.

In the heart of Lombardy, a stone's throw from Milan, overlooking the shores of Lake Iseo, is "Franciacorta" which has always been defined as the "social room" of this region. This very green land is located in an area of about 200 square kilometers that includes 19 municipalities in the Province of Brescia, it is rich in water and woods, and has an international reputation due to the production of DOCG wines, which in recent years has specialized in quality sparkling wines produced with the traditional method, more commonly known as "Bollicine (Bubbles)".

The Amalfi coast is so beautiful that when you admire the landscape, sometimes you have to give yourself a pinch to wake up from the beautiful dream of living there. It was in fact recognized as a "World Heritage Site" in 1997 by Unesco, Here the layers of terraces almost form a mosaic in which the waves break on the lower cliffs and the sea breeze carries droplets of salt water rich in iodine which then settles on the soil imparting the mineral notes found in wines. If you want to see some spectacular vineyards, then the Amalfi coast is your destination.

The Municipality of Montalcino is located 40 km (about 25 miles) south of Siena and the same distance from the Tyrrhenian Sea to the west, this area of Tuscany has a moderately Mediterranean climate. However, being a hill, thanks to its higher altitude than the surrounding valleys there is a very relevant thermic excursion in Montalcino. Because of this it takes longer to ripen for the grapes throughout the year before they are ready, until mid-October, therefore the vines have more time to extract nutrients from the soil thus building the potential for these grapes to produce wines of legendary complexity. Furthermore, due to the temperature range, the wine has a higher acidity which allows long aging, sometimes even 100 years.
